Out-of-Distribution Detection and Generalization Problems

At the beginning, our research team is extensively surveyed the literature in related fields and subsequently clarified our research direction. I conducted a series of preliminary experiments to verify our hypotheses based on the research questions posed by seniors. In the process, I revealed the problems of the existing methods through the experimental design from multiple perspectives and began to think about how to solve and mitigate these problems. Through repeated discussions and experimental explorations, our team finally identified the methods to solve the problems and started the concrete implementation of the experiments. In addition to the programming tasks, I also actively participated in writing some of the papers. Through this process, I not only learnt how to do effective paper writing, but also improved my teamwork skills.
