During the research period, I have not only gained a solid understanding of how to effectively process and analyse complex biological data but also discovered the immense potential of utilising deep learning models to address critical biomedical issues. By delving into the realm of computational biology, I have learned how to harness the power of cutting-edge technologies to unravel the intricates complexities of biological systems. This includes developing sophisticated algorithms and implementing robust computational pipelines that can efficiently handle vast amounts of genomic, proteomic, and imaging data. The ability to extract meaningful insights from these datasets has proven to be instrumental in advancing our understanding of various biological phenomena and has the potential to drive groundbreaking discoveries and innovations in the field of biomedicine.
